All products are made to order — each item is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. This means production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product type and current demand.

Because every item is custom-made, we're able to reduce waste and ensure the highest quality for your order.

Once your order has been produced and fulfilled, domestic shipping within the United States typically takes 3–10 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier used. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow its journey.

International orders typically take 7–20 business days after production, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Because all products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

We'll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
